The revised exam schedule applies to the following semester programs:
- Undergraduate (UG): 2nd, 4th, and 6th semesters
- Postgraduate (PG): 2nd and 4th semesters
- Other Even Semester Courses that were already in operation
🔁 Why was the exam scheme revised?
The university had earlier released a tentative exam timetable. However, several students and teaching staff submitted their objections regarding discrepancies in paper dates, codes, or timings. After careful consideration and resolution of all these objections (submitted by April 10, 2025), the final revised schedule has now been uploaded.

- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per paper
- Shifts: Exams will be held in three shifts each day

CSJMU has strictly advised all students to verify the paper codes mentioned in their admit cards against those listed in the revised exam scheme. Any mismatch can cause confusion on the exam day, so please make sure to check everything thoroughly in advance.
🏫 Important Notice for College Authorities
The university has also instructed all college principals to inform their students about this updated schedule without delay. Moreover, teaching staff assigned exam duties on public holidays will be eligible for compensatory leave, as per the official guidelines.
